MSCA is the leading organization for HVACR contractors, providing education, marketing, and labor/management services to assure its contractor members deliver quality performance, value and expertise for all building system needs.

Plumbing Contractors of America
The PCA represents the interests of union plumbing contractors (the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters) on a national level. In addition to lobbying, the PCA works with other industry groups and associations. Members of the PCA sit on the Board of Directors for IAPMO, and work directly ASSE, ASPE and the World Plumbing Council.

We strive to offer excellent service to our members, contractors, and community. Our union is a brotherhood of pipefitters, welders, HVAC technicians, and contractors working together.

The United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada (UA) represents approximately 368,000 Plumbers, Pipefitters, Sprinkler Fitters, HVACR Service Technicians, Welders and Pipeliners working in the construction industry throughout North America.

Plumbers Local Union 17 located in Memphis, Tennessee has enjoyed a rich history since receiving its charter on February 7, 1890. The Local has withstood many ups and downs in the labor movement. For over 130 years Local 17 has taken pride in providing a retirement plan and healthcare for its membership. The membership continues to enjoy the 40 hour work week its forefathers fought to bring to the working class people.

Our members specialize in the tough, complex jobs in each market sector. Primary contractors, architects, and property owners frequently define the quality of our members’ work by referencing their timely delivery, ability to get a project right the first time, strong communication, and highly-skilled craftsmanship.
